This is our 39th post in the Infinity Hash Weekly Update series for Apr 29, 2024.
This week, we added a few new miners and finished the community voting feature. Mining profits for Infinity Hash went down with no major downtime, and the share price for IHS decreasing together with Bitcoin.

Dashboard and Feature Updates
Community voting is online
We finished the community voting module, and the first vote regarding marketplace fees is already online. In the future, we can decide important sorularınız and changes as a community.
You can find the community votes under “Voting” in the dashboard. There will be more data and statistics added to each vote to give everyone a better overview of the options and better transparency (like how many shares voted for which options, etc.).
What we are currently working on
We are currently working on the following features and updates in the background:
- Cheaper BTC withdrawals and BTC Lightning withdrawals
- Design and mobile UX improvements
- Statistics page with improved tax export
- Improved swap feature
- More payment options and bringing back full bank transfer support

Miner and Farm Updates
This week, we added 9 new miners, increasing the community pool hash rate by 1444 TH. As you can see, we are starting to include more and more Whatsminer M60 models to increase the efficiency of the project for the next halving in about 4 years.

Installing a new batch of miners
The first batch of 6 Whatsminer M60s has been received. You can see the installation process in the pictures.
Preparing another container for hosting
Preparations of the new container for hosting have continued this week. The shelves in the container were assembled and installed, along with a lockable door for easy access and better security.
Installation of a switchboard for the new container
A switchboard was installed in the new container and then connected to the transformer.
Installation of PDUs and switches
With the switchboard setup, we were able to install and connect Smart-PDUs in the new container to provide additional security. Network switches were also mounted, which allows devices to communicate with one another.
Creating hot- and cold-zones and filters
Plastic partitions separating the hot and cold zones were installed, as well as a safety grid on the side of the hot zone. After that, filters have been added on the air intake side of the containers.
Completing the container upgrade
At the end of the week, the upgrade of the container was completed, and it was fully operational. We also moved a few miners into it for testing.
Maintenance and Downtime
On April 23rd, we had a small maintenance downtime in one of our containers for about 3 hours. The total uptime for this week was about 99.5%.

Increasing efficiency with more M60 miners
Since we have now coped with the halving effect and will see rewards going up again after the next difficulty adjustment, our next step will be to add more and more Whatsminer M60 models to the mix.

A potential decrease of electricity prices is on the horizon
We might be able to decrease our average electricity price next week due to the better negotiating position we gained because of the size the project has reached. The bigger our project gets, the more electricity we are consuming, and the better our long-term electricity price for the project will be. We’ll keep you updated on social media and Telegram!

Outlook and Mining Forecast
Since we added more efficient miners and are awaiting additional batches to arrive at the farm, we think profits should start to go up again, and the decrease of the share price should slow down. If we succeed in reducing the average electricity price for the project, we should be able to further increase rewards and start gaining traction moving towards the pre-halving levels.
Weather conditions
The current weather conditions at the mining farm are: Passing clouds. Cool. Current temperatures at 15.79°C / 60.42°F provide good cooling conditions, with the weather forecast showing a downward trend in temperatures. This should result in increased profits.
